Hopefully you and your baby slept well last night. Mom’s are pretty amazing, we need sleep just like our babies. One way to help moms sleep better is to teach your babies to sleep better. 1. On Becoming Baby Wise
Written by Gary Ezzo M.A. and Robert Bucknam, M.D.
Involves an infant management plan that helps synchronize their feeding, waketime and nighttime sleep cycles.
2. Solve Your Child’s Sleep Problems
Written by Richard Ferber M.D. who is the Director at the Center for Pediatric Sleep Disorders at the children’s hospital in Boston and the associate professor of neurology at Harvard Medical School.
This book targets sleep problems in infants and children with difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep and sleep problems.
3. The Newborn Sleep Book
Written by Dr. Lewis Jassey and Dr. Jonathan Jassey.
This book includes guidance and real life stories for better sleep for newborns starting in the first few weeks of life.
4. The Happiest Baby on the Block-the New Way to Calm Crying and Help Your New Born Baby Sleep Longer.
Written by Harvey Karp M.D.
His method in this book is based on 4 concepts:
